Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished covered balcony with breathtaking sea views, the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon read or an evening glass of wine.
Beyond a sliding glass door to the right of the entry foyer is a hallway that leads to two bedrooms—one with queen bed, the other with bunk beds, both with full-sized wardrobes—and an ultra-modern bathroom that features a glass shower cabin with massive rainshower head and massage jets. The double bedroom is air conditioned. At the end of the hallway lies a summer room with dining table, comfy sofabed that sleeps 1, and air conditioning. Exposed stone walls and a stone barbecue (just for show, not for use) set the tone of the elegantly rustic décor. Sliding doors open to a cozy garden with a bistro table and sun umbrella—a wonderfully serene setting from which to soak in the sun and gaze out at the sea.

There are two ways to reach the apartment: either walk down approximately 45 steps from the upper road (a good option when arriving with luggage), or walk up approximately 62 steps from the lower road (where there is a free private space belonging to the apartment).
Dubrovnik Old Town is a leisurely 15-minute walk down the gently-sloping upper road or a 10-minute walk along the lower road. Banje beach and East West beach club are located midway between the apartment and Old Town. Closer by (within 200m), there is a supermarket, a café, and a bus stop. Chloe apartment is uncluttered, tasteful, and sophisticated, and offers guests a taste of luxury in a central location.
